Sudha Setty

Sudha Setty is the Director at Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE).

Over the last 17+ years, she is credited with successfully establishing the operations of international non-profits in India and building their brand as a leading name in municipal energy efficiency in India and Sri Lanka; and energy access in India.

She is also an energy efficiency expert in the buildings, municipal, water supply, and industrial sectors, with specific expertise in energy efficiency finance, training and capacity building, carbon finance, and sustainable development. She has worked extensively on creating awareness on indoor air pollution and increasing energy access for efficient and clean cooking in India.

Sudha has a Master of Arts in Urban and Industrial Sociology from Bangalore University, India; Master of Public and International Affairs and an advanced certificate in Asian Studies from Center for Asian Studies, University of Pittsburgh, USA.
