Ravi is President of Danfoss India (100% subsidiary Danfoss A./s Denmark ) since 2013 and member of Global management team. Has over 25 years of experience in various roles ranging from Sales & Marketing , Strategy , General management and globalizing businesses across Asia pacific, Europe & India He has been a key member in building and executing the Danfoss India strategy and building / expanding distribution, R&D and Global supply chain for Danfoss in India.
A passionate mentor who works with several multi cultural leaders across Europe and Asia pacific. He has been engaged with start ups and is coaching some of them.
He heads the CII Tamilnadu state council as chairman , chairs the CII National task force on Cold chain development , is an executive member of Green building council and is engaged in several initiative’s including cluster based intervention for development of cold chain infrastructure in India. He was a working group member in World Economic forum on smart cities.
