Dr. Koshy Cherail

Dr Koshy Cherail worked with the Core Team of CEOs and partner organizations to incorporate AEEE. He is the nominated President of the AEEE Secretariat, and is the Secretary to the Board of Directors (the Executive Council). Koshy has over 22 years of experience in program implementation, policy analysis and consulting with various bilateral and multi-lateral agencies, including World Bank, USAID and GTZ. Koshy has a PhD in Economics from University of Madras.
